In August 2022, the CCF Communicators Retreat took place on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and was attended by nearly 30 congressional staffers and more than 25 clean energy experts, stakeholders, and communicators.
The three-day retreat included panels and workshops that discussed ways conservatives are communicating about clean energy, climate change, and environmental issues.
In addition to several networking opportunities, the group toured the U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) and received a briefing on USNA’s resiliency efforts and coordinated plans with the City of Annapolis to combat rising sea levels.
