A life-long entrepreneur, Ian’s views are shaped by his experience founding a number of companies and his time as a partner at Deloitte London building financial control systems for global merchant banks.

Ian has served on numerous NGO boards including as chair of The Lucca Leadership Foundation, an international NGO delivering year long leadership training to some of the world’s most promising leaders.
